BMW Group needed a unified pitch-theater system spanning BMW, MINI, and Motorrad—one premium storytelling framework that could flex across strategy, data, EV platforms, and retail while feeling seamless across North America and LATAM. I led creative direction and design execution across both the deck and the physical pitch environment, ensuring every touchpoint—from narrative structure to in-room experience—reinforced a single, elevated BMW Group standard.

The pitch theater was designed as a fully immersive brand environment—every surface, entry point, and object calibrated to extend the BMW Group narrative beyond the deck. Branded elevator wraps, corridor graphics, and welcome screens created a cinematic arrival sequence; the lounge and meeting spaces were styled with a consistent IPG Werks visual language, from wall typography to furniture palettes. Details like custom notebooks, team cards, mugs, menu displays, curated hospitality, and signature cocktails turned the experience into a cohesive, premium ecosystem. Instead of a presentation, the pitch became a staged journey—one that demonstrated operational precision, craft, and the ability to activate BMW, MINI, and Motorrad with the same level of fidelity expected from a global agency partner.
